Entertainment 2.0 #194 : 2000 MegaAmps

Entertainment 2.0 #194 : 2000 MegaAmpsThere was another big phone announcement this week, but Josh and Richard promised not to spend an hour and fourteen minutes talking about it. Instead they started the show with an update on using the ComSkip beta for commercial skipping in Windows Media Center. They also talked about Ceton’s companion apps and their announcement about the progress of the Echo extender. Microsoft has attempted to clear up the Metro naming mess, and Spotify may be rolling out their service as a web app. Some phone was announced this week, but we’re sure you’ve never heard of it, nor would you have any interest in buying it. In our entertainment centers Richard is contemplating building or purchasing a new Media Center box, and he needs your help. Make sure to join Josh and Richard for the live recording of the next episode of the show next Tuesday, September 25th at 8pm ET!
