It’s another off-week for Richard, so this week Josh is joined by previous co-host and guest Dan Skaggs. As usual the show is kicked off with listener feedback, but this week there was a listener who wanted advice on purchasing a network switch. After consulting with some experts Josh had a few suggestions before getting into the week’s news. Netflix finally rolled out profile support, but it had disastrous consequences for Windows Media Center users. Samsung is launching a new Windows 8 tablet while Microsoft is cutting the price of the Surface Pro, and Asus may be giving up entirely on Windows RT. There’s also a little bit of good news from Google for Windows Phone users, and some interesting possibilities for those who might be interested in writing Windows Phone apps. If you’re not listening live you’re missing a lot of fun, so make sure to join Josh and Richard for the live recording of episode 239 on Tuesday, August 13th at 9:00pm ET!
