Entertainment 2.0 #218 : Feels Like Extortion

Entertainment 2.0 #218 : Feels Like ExtortionJosh and Richard are back after a crazy week off. They are excited to be recording again, but wish that the news was a little more positive! Fortunately they got to start the show with some of the best Windows Media Center news in months: a great new plugin! After that they cover some updates and new apps for Windows 8 and Windows Phone including one app that is being offered in a brand new way for the ecosystem. There are also new boxes from multiple competitors to discuss as Roku released the Roku 3 and TiVo launched the Mini.   They cover all that and more on episode 218 of the Entertainment 2.0 podcast. If you’re not listening live you’re missing a lot of fun, so make sure to join Josh and Richard for the live recording of episode 219 Tuesday, March 19th at 8:00pm ET!

  • Did I say the TWC TV app included NBA? That would be incorrect. I believe it’s the PAC-12 channels. Sorry for any confusion. Or dashed hopes.
