Staples Connect Adds to Security Camera Line-up

Staples Connect Adds to Security Camera Line-upZonoff has added two additional D-Link security cameras to its smarthome ecosystem line-up, and both are available now as part of Staples Connect. The first camera, [amazon_link id=”B0092KZ996″ target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]D-Link’s 360 Degree IP camera[/amazon_link], can be ceiling or wall mounted, and it offers a surround view of an environment. [amazon_link id=”B009JBFLH8″ target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]D-Link’s HD Mini Bullet Outdoor IP Camera[/amazon_link] rounds out the catalog, adding new outdoor surveillance options to Staples’ offering. This camera is weather-ready and features infrared LED lighting to capture outdoor images in total darkness. Both cameras are available now as part of the Staples Connect lineup at staples.com.

In addition to the announced hardware additions, Zonoff also released updates to the Staples Connect apps to support the new devices, add the ability to connect the Connect Hub via WiFi, and apply some general improvements and fixes.

Zonoff and Staples announced many new ecosystem partners and additional protocol support back in January. Product additions like this are great to see, but of course we’re most eager for those announced expansions, as well as a much bigger presence for these products in Staples’ brick and mortar stores.
