Microsoft have announced via Facebook and Youtube a new promtion they are running to help sales of Windows PCs for the coming school year. It’s pretty simple, if you buy a Windows PC for $699 or more, and can prove that you’re a student, then they will give you a 4GB XBOX 360 to go along with your new computer. Seriously, can you think of two things a new college student needs more than a new laptop and an XBOX? I can’t! Also, because the computer will be running Windows 7, they’ll already be equipped with Windows Media Center, and the XBOX doubles as a Windows Media Center Extender!
To prove that you’re a student you’ll need a valid .EDU email address. To be eligible for this promotion you also need to be between the ages of 16 and 19. PC’s can be purchased from Best Buy, Amazon, Dell, HP, and Microsoft Stores. Check the Facebook link for more details.
