TiVo Stream 4k Setup and Initial Impressions

We’ve got the brand new TiVo Stream 4k and we wanted to share our initial impressions with you all. In this video we’re going to hook up the device for the first time and see what the setup experience is like. Along the way we’ll compare it to the NVIDIA SHIELD TV since they are both based on Android TV. We’ll also briefly discuss the all-important remote control. And last, but not least, we’ll look at the secret sauce of this new streamer: the TiVo Stream app.

The TiVo Stream app is designed to bring all of your favorite services together in one app. It doesn’t support every streaming service out there, but it does have most of the big ones. Take a look at the video below and let us know if you think it meets the requirements for your house. It’s still available for $49.99 which is $20 off the full price.

We’ve now shared our initial impressions of the TiVo Stream 4k but we want to hear from you. What do you think of what you’ve seen? Are there more questions we can answer for you? Sound off in the comment section below.
