Last week was light on news, but this week certainly wasn’t! Microsoft had events at two different conferences, Mobile World Congress and the Game Developers Conference, covering everything from phones to Xbox. At MWC they announced two new mid-range Windows Phones while also letting us know that we shouldn’t expect a flagship phone until the launch of Windows 10. At GDC Phil Spencer talked more about the unification of development for Windows and Xbox. In other news, VLC is now available on Windows Phone and Windows RT devices. Josh also shares a tip for using a Windows Media Center PC with an Xbox One, and rants about Steam Machines. If you’re not listening live, you’re missing a lot of fun. Join us next week for the live recording of episode 319 on Tuesday, March 10th at 8:00pm ET!
