You would think that the week after a major technology conference would be a quiet one, but in this case you would be wrong. That’s why Josh and Richard are back for yet another week of covering the Microsoft entertainment technology space. Miracast will be coming to Windows Phone 8.1, but maybe not the phone you already have. Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia inches closer to completion. Delta flight attends are getting new Windows Phone while you might get a similar interface in your car. The Windows 8.1 Update lands this week while we say goodbye to Windows XP. The Xbox One is getting another big update soon to fix 50 Hz Bluray issues, and bugs with headsets. Microsoft has provided more details on the six shows they are producing for the platform, and the Game of Thrones season premiere is free on Xbox for the next week. The Xbox 360 is getting a GoPro channel while Plex announces that they will soon be coming to the Xbox One.
