DMZ Deals: Firefly on Blu-ray Sale

DMZ Deals: Firefly on Blu-ray SaleIf you’re a regular reader of the Digital Media Zone then chances are you love watching movies and TV shows on Blu-ray. Chances are also fairly high that you enjoy a good science fiction story.  If by some chance this describes you, but you’ve never seen Joss Whedon’s [amazon_link id=”B001EN71CW” target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]Firefly[/amazon_link] then this deal will be an especially nice treat for you! Firefly is considered by many to be one of the best science fiction television series to have ever aired. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long for this world, and despite a huge outpouring of support, Fox cancelled the series about half-way through the first season. When I was first told about Firefly I wrote it off due to the fact that it wasn’t able to run out its entire season. That was a mistake! When I finally got around to watching it I quickly discovered why everyone loved it so much.

If this sounds good to you, Amazon has a deal for you! You can get the series on Blu-ray for only [amazon_link id=”B001EN71CW” target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]$18.49[/amazon_link]!

If you’re still concerned about the show not being wrapped up there is an answer for that too. In 2005 they created the movie [amazon_link id=”B001KOFH2G” target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]Serenity[/amazon_link] which essentially wraps up the TV show, and it’s a pretty great movie in its own right. You can get that on Blu-ray for only [amazon_link id=”B001KOFH2G” target=”_blank” container=”” container_class=”” ]$9.85[/amazon_link].
