My Movies 3 Coming in September

For those who have been waiting it looks as though the wait is almost over.  Brian Binneruup, developer of My Movies for Media Center has posted in the Missing Remote forums that we can expect version 3 to launch into beta on September with a final version ready in time for the launch of Windows 7.

There are screenshots in the wild but they’re being held back at this time.  Look for these as well as an interview with Brain on The Media Center Show with Ian Dixon to coincide with the beta launch in September.

I haven’t used My Movies in over a year.  Media Browser has taken over my home and I have to admit, it will take a lot of new features for me to flip back.  You can count on myself and others here at The DMZ to at least try the app and give a full report!
