A lot happened this week in the world of consumer entertainment technology, and unfortunately, a lot of it was bad news. HDHomeRun Premium TV and Microsoft’s Ebook store are going away, and Sony implemented a terrible solution for digital refunds. It wasn’t all bad though. Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs are getting some awesome new object-based audio features. Plex took a new stab at their app’s navigation user interface, and TiVo is debuting a new automatic commercial skipping feature.
Oh, and for the record, Richard (the Apple fanatic) suggested the show title.
