Showtime Anytime Finally Lands on Apple TV

IMG_0194

With nary a press release, Apple has added Showtime’s on-demand and live-viewing service, Showtime Anytime, to its list of available “channels” on the Apple TV. Consumers must have a Showtime subscription to activate and watch content in the app, so this isn’t a cord-cutter’s service option, but it does nicely round out the content now available on Apple TV’s trojan horse device in millions of homes.

In related news, Verizon FiOS is (finally) now a partner provider for Fox’s FOX Now app, just in time to not watch episodes of Fargo (which have since been removed from the service).
