Entertainment 2.0 #271 : Build 2014

Entertainment 2.0 #271 : Build 2014

Richard rejoins Josh for perhaps the biggest news day in the Microsoft space since CES! Microsoft kicked off their Build development conference in San Francisco, and the event was packed with news. The first third of the three-hour keynote was devoted to Windows Phone 8.1. They gave an in-depth look at the major update to our favorite phone OS. They spent most of the rest of the time talking about Windows 8.1 Update. They also talked a little about what comes after these updates too. As if that weren’t enough, there were other topics to discuss too. Last week Microsoft released Office for the iPad, and on the same day as Build, Amazon released a set-top-box of their own. If you’re not listening live you’re missing a lot of fun, so make sure to join Josh and Richard for the live recording of episode 272 on Tuesday, April 8th at 8:00pm ET!
