It’s time for the holidays, and Richard has finally gotten out of his hot air balloon to record a show with Josh. After all of last week’s disappointing news for Media Center in Windows 8 there is some good news to cover this week. They also discussed their theories on Microsoft’s TV strategy. Black Friday is right around the corner, so they discussed some great deals on the Xbox. New rumors surfaced this week about the next Xbox too, so they covered that before finishing up with a question about Windows Phone. If you’re not listening live you’re missing a lot of fun, so make sure to join Josh and Richard for the live recording of episode 204 next Tuesday, November 20th at 8pm ET!

My Ceton Echo is on the way from my Newegg preorder. However, I just noticed that Ceton is selling a InfiniTV-4 PCIe and Echo bundle on Amazon at a $50 discount compared to the separate prices.

Hi there,
I thought you might be interested to know that the Amazon Media Center addin that you discussed is now open source (https://bitbucket.org/garethbarr/amazon-media-center-add-in), so if you do have concerns about the security/privacy of credentials, you can download the source and compile it yourself. I am also hopeful that this will encourage others to contribute to this project and start improving it.
