Entertainment 2.0 #393: CES 2017

Entertainment 2.0Josh and Richard have been in Las Vegas for the last week to cover CES 2017. It’s been a long crazy week. It’s taken a toll on the guys, and unfortunately you can hear it in their voices. There was a lot of great news to cover this year. The guys sat down with SiliconDust to get an update on the HDHomeRun DVR. There’s a new company looking to build a Windows 10-based home theater PC. Dish is bringing their Dish Anywhere service to the 10-foot experience. They’ve also launched a new set-top box that is optimized for Sling TV. NVIDIA announced a new SHIELD TV. It’s basically the same hardware, but it has lots of exciting software coming. Josh also got to try out Razer’s Project Ariana, and he wasn’t nearly as excited about it as some other members of the press.

Join us most weeks for the live recording of Entertainment 2.0 on Tuesday evenings at 8:30pm ET!
