It’s the craziest time of the year for consumer electronics and technology: it’s time for CES! As usual, we’re on the ground, and there’s plenty to report on. All the major television manufacturers announced new Ultra High Definition sets along with a couple 4k Ultra High Definition Blu-ray players. DISH Network, as usual, was out in force. They’ve got a new Hopper DVR, a portable device to go along with it, plus announcements from Sling TV. Channel Master and Tablo have updates for their over-the-air DVRs too.
On the Microsoft front we have a date for Tom Raider on Windows 10 PCs, a new Windows 10 Mobile phone for T-Mobile, and an update from Redmond as to when we might expect Windows 10 updates to current phones.
