Microsoft has released another firmware update for the Surface on April’s Patch Tuesday. Nokia has also released their streaming music app for Windows 8/RT. Nokia also appears to be on the verge of releasing a variant of the Lumia 920 on Verizon. Microsoft is also rumored to be supporting 1080p displays in Windows Phone 8 by the end of the year.
