Entertainment 2.0 #421: Galaxy Quest-esque

Entertainment 2.0

As is so often the case, an update from Plex kicks off the video news. They’ve brought their live TV and DVR functionality to even more platforms. Disney Movies Anywhere has broken up with Microsoft Movies & TV. While that relationship is ending, a beautiful new college romance is budding between Spotify and Hulu. Microsoft unveiled a slew of completely wireless headsets for Xbox and Windows 10 PCs. Apple was also in the news, as you may have heard, with a new 4k Apple TV. Richard will, of course, be getting one, but the more interesting story is what Apple is doing to the pricing model for 4k movies.
